EMILY HAMILTON

The Edgewater Woodvale Eagles are pleased to announce our partnership with Emily Hamilton, Member for Joondalup, 2023.

Ms Hamilton was elected to the 40th Parliament of Western Australia for the seat of Joondalup in March 2017 and is the Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation.

Raising a young family in the electorate of Joondalup, Emily Hamilton understands what is important to local residents.

Emily Hamilton has lived in the northern suburbs her entire life. Emily went to high school in the northern suburbs and completed a Bachelor of Politics and Law.

As a working mum with two children Ms Hamilton is an active member of her community. Her previous work for community representatives, including Member for Joondalup Tony O’Gorman and Upper House MP Ken Travers MLC in Joondalup for the past ten years demonstrates her commitment to improving our community.

Ms Hamilton also has a background in small business and is committed to ensuring job opportunities here in Joondalup, accessible healthcare close to home, and the best schools for our kids.

As a local mother of two, I see the benefits of children developing healthy lifestyles through sport and recreation. It’s my pleasure to support grassroots sport because it builds stronger, healthier and happier communities as well as future athletes.
