Superkick Players Wanted – Come Join the Eagles!

Edgewater Woodvale JFC is on the lookout for kids aged 6 and 7 to join our NAB AFL Superkick program for the 2026 season — and we’d love your child to be part of it!

If you have a Year 2 youngster who’s curious about Australian rules football, Superkick is the perfect place to start. Designed specifically for kids taking their first steps in the game, the program is all about building skills, making friends, and — most importantly — having a great time.

What is Superkick?

Superkick is the NAB AFL program that bridges the gap between Auskick and junior football. It’s structured to give young players more time with the ball, more chances to develop, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

Here’s what makes it great:

  • Tackle-free footy — one-hand tag keeps it safe and accessible for all kids
  • Small teams — more touches of the ball means more learning and more enjoyment
  • Fun, game-based sessions — kids stay engaged and come back smiling every week
  • A perfect step up from Auskick — ideal for kids ready for their next footy adventure

Whether your child is a first-timer who’s never kicked a footy, or a kid who just wants to find their confidence in a team environment, Superkick is built for them.

Why Edgewater Woodvale?

At EWJFC, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, family-friendly club where every child is valued — regardless of experience or ability. Our Superkick program reflects everything we stand for: inclusivity, fun, and a love of the game.
