Incorporated in 1987 originally as the Edgewater Football Club, and now 39 years later, the Edgewater Woodvale Eagles have been kicking goals for their local community. All of our committee, coaches and players participate for the passion of the sport and the passion for the footy club. We are a vibrant and passionate community and enjoy a welcoming, family orientated community ‘grass roots’ footy club culture. We pride ourselves on the ethos of fair play, integrity, equality, sportsmanship, and the fun of the game.

All community clubs rely on volunteers to operate and are only able to thrive when they have dedicated people working together to help the club.

Life members are a special kind of people who have helped to build our Club to what it is today. These people show by example how a successful Club like ours, can achieve such high standards in all facets of junior football.

The criteria for nomination are a significant contribution in single or varied roles, in time and effort to our Club, over a prolonged period.
