The Edgewater Woodvale Junior Football Club (EWJFC) — the Eagles — is a proud community club that celebrates our players, families, and volunteers throughout the season. As part of our ongoing club promotion and community engagement, photographs and video footage may be taken at training sessions, game days, club events, and other activities.
This imagery may be used across a range of club communications, including our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), website, promotional posters, flyers, newsletters, and any other materials produced to promote the club.
Parents and guardians have the right to opt their child out of being photographed or filmed for club promotional purposes. To do so, please complete the opt-out form available below or contact the Club Secretary directly via email – secretary.ewfjc@gmail.com
When an opt-out is registered:
- The club will make reasonable efforts to ensure your child is not photographed or filmed for promotional use.
- If your child inadvertently appears in published material, please contact us and we will remove the content as soon as practicable.
- Your opt-out preference will be recorded and applied for the duration of the current season. You will be asked to reconfirm your preference at the start of each new season.
- Opting out does not affect your child’s participation in any club programs or activities.
