Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Edgewater Woodvale Junior Football Club Inc. will be held as follows:

- Acknowledgement of Country
- Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM (click here to review)
- Presentation of Annual Reports (President, Treasurer, Registrar Reports)
- Awarding of Club Person Of The Year
- Notices of motion (if any)
- General business of the outgoing Committee
- Election of the Principal Office Bearers, Management Committee and general committee members
- End of AGM
Nominations for Committee positions
All Management Committee positions will be declared vacant at the meeting. If you’d like to nominate for a position, or nominate another financial member, nomination forms are available here. Written nominations can be submitted ahead of time, or made verbally at the AGM. Nominees need to confirm their consent to stand, either in writing beforehand or in person on the night.
Voting
Only financial Members and Life Members are entitled to vote, one vote per member. Voting will be by show of hands unless a poll is called.
Motions
If you have a motion you’d like raised at the meeting, please send it to the Secretary in writing or via email before the AGM so it can be included on the agenda.
